The Director of Tutoring is a FT position.  This person will be responsible for the overall hiring, management and program goals of contracted tutors, volunteers and tutor staff.  Skills required:  exceptional leadership and communication, organizational and program budgeting, progress tracking and program goals.

This Volunteer Coordinator is a PT position.  This person will be responsible for assisting volunteers through the application process and time tracking of all volunteers.

The candidate should have exceptional organizational skills and a friendly, caring attitude toward all people.

This is a PT Contracted position.

A tutor at I Matter Too should have a written resume demonstrating past proven and successful tutoring experience with a bachelors degree in related fields or have a current Florida Teaching Certificate.  Areas for tutoring are Elementary through High School:  Reading, Writing, Math and other.

The Director of Mentoring is a PT 25-35 hr. per week position.  The candidate should be able to lead others in a faith filled, Jesus centered culture that aims to provide emotional, spiritual and professional support to each team member.  Overall responsibilities include:  organizational and reporting, program budgeting and management and reaching program goals.

The Regional Recruiter is overall responsible for the recruitment of volunteers and other candidates needed to fill positions available.  This person will participate in speaking and presenting at churches, networking and other events.  Other tasks are online recruitment, managing efforts via technology and reporting and managing team of volunteers at recruitment events.
